How do I start business with Luxe-T?

Can I purchase Luxe-T although I’m not a retail business owner?
  At this time, we only offer our products and services to established clothing retailers with tax exemptions. If you are a consumer wishing to purchase new Luxe-T products, we’ll be more than happy to find you a retailer near you.

I’m not a customer but can I purchase clearance items from your clearance page?
  Yes. Consumers may purchase any clearance items listed on that page. If you are a wholesaler/retailer, please contact your sales associate for your bulk pricing on clearance items.

Can I order and purchase over the phone?
  Our goal is to accommodate each and every customer with expedited processing. To achieve this we will only accept fax and email orders to your assigned sales associate.

How are the products delivered or can I pick them up?
  We ship via UPS. Services range from ground shipping to next day air express, depending on your priority and need. Also, products can be prearranged to be picked up at our warehouse 24 hours after an order has been submitted. Click here for map and directions to our location.

Can I request a catalog or a brochure of your current products?
  We believe that the internet offers the fastest way to transfer our product information to our customers, so we only run online catalog. Please keep checking back with us here, as we update our products as each season and whenever a new item is launched.

Why aren’t there any prices listed for your main Luxe-T items?
  Prices are only available to our wholesale Luxe-T account holders. Please refer to new account set up for obtaining new account with us.

Can Luxe-T manufacture clothing items specifically for my company or my brand?
  No, we do not offer private labeling, screen printing, embroidery, and other custom works.

Do you carry women’s and children’s apparel?
  No, we have discontinued women’s line. However we have listed them on our clearance page for anybody to purchase the remaining items. Please note limited availability in color and sizes.

What are your business hours and can I walk in any time?
  Our operating schedule is Monday through Friday. From 8AM to 5PM. As this is not a retail store we will not honor walk in customers who do not schedule an appointment with us 24 hours prior to walk in. Please call ahead and schedule an appointment with your sale associate so that we may serve you and others quickly and pleasantly without any delay.

What happens when my packages get returned to your warehouse for whatever reasons?
  Most of returns are resent back to our customers per their request, however all returns will incur either a reshipping charge or if they are restocked you will be charge a restocking fee of 15%. Restocking fees must be paid off before we can process your next order. In extreme cases and due to problematic customers, we will hold or close accounts if we decide that excessive returns are occurring.

Can I get a discount for ordering and purchasing volume quantity?
  Our prices are set based on quality and value of our products. We believe that the prices set on our Luxe-T items are appropriate to market and our customers. We do not offer discounts in most cases.
