Requirements:

Must be a retail or wholesale business
Must have government issued Federal Tax ID Number (personal social security number is not VALID)
Must sell our products within an enclosed retail store or wholesale to a retailer. (No street vendors)
$1000 minimum purchase order required each transaction. (Exceptions can be made case by case)

As there are many applications before you, please be patient as we do our best to expedite your application process. It will only take few days for us to set you up in our database as well as inform you with all the necessary steps ranging from ordering to receiving.
