All Luxe-T orders are shipped and delivered with our logistics partner, FedEx ground and USPS. Except for holiday sales, most orders will ship same day the order is received until the daily FedEx pick up time. Otherwise, we’ll ship the remaining orders the following day. Luxe-T orders are shipped Mon-Fri only, even if you select NEXT DAY shipping options. Weekend orders will ship the following Monday. Shipping charges vary from location to location so please verify during check out with your delivery address. Please expect delays in shipping during holiday sales period.
International shipping is available to some countries. Duties and Customs related fees are customer's responsibility.
You have up to 30 days to return items purchased on our site. Underwear and tank tops are not returnable or exchangeable for hygienic reasons. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Luxe-T will accept returns and exchanges if merchandise is defective or if you received wrong items by mistake. All returns and exchange must be pre-approved or warehouse will refuse the package and send it back to the sender. You can email or reply back to original email confirmation for return authorization. If your return or exchange is approved you will receive Return Authorization number or instructions to send the merchandise back. Return shipping fees are customer’s responsibility. Please send merchandise back to our warehouse via traceable service providers via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS (only if you can track it). Return package that gets lost on the way to our warehouse is not our responsibility.
