Luxe-T 25th Anniversary Giveaway: Official Rules & Terms
1. ELIGIBILITY
The Luxe-T 25th Anniversary Giveaway (the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
This Promotion is a monthly event celebrating our 25th Anniversary.
- Start Date: The 1st of each month at 12:00 AM EST.
- End Date: The last day of each month at 11:59 PM EST.
- Winners will be selected and announced shortly after the close of each month.
3. HOW TO ENTER
There are two distinct ways to enter the Promotion:
- Method 1: Shop & Win (Automatic Entry)
Any purchase made on www.luxe-t.com during the Promotion Period automatically grants the customer entry into the Monthly Raffle. One purchase equals one entry. - Method 2: Share & Win (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without purchasing, participants may submit a photo of themselves wearing a Luxe-T product along with a brief personal story or review. Submissions must be sent via email to contact@luxe-t.com or posted on Instagram/Facebook/TikTok tagging @LuxeTBasics.
4. THE PRIZE
Winners will receive one (1) Exclusive 25th Anniversary Limited Edition T-Shirt.
- Description: This item features the commemorative #25YearsofLuxe back graphic.
- Value: This item is an exclusive promotional product and is not available for retail sale.
- Substitution: Prizes are non-transferable. Sizes are subject to inventory availability.
5. WINNER SELECTION
- Raffle Winners (Method 1): Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible purchase entries received during the Promotion Period.
- Contest Winners (Method 2): Winners will be selected by the Luxe-T marketing team based on the creativity, style, and sentiment of the submission.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their order or via Direct Message (DM) on social media within five (5) business days of the selection. Winners must claim their prize (by confirming shipping details) within 48 hours of notification. If a prize is not claimed within the time frame, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. PUBLICITY & USE OF CONTENT
By entering the "Share & Win" contest, entrants grant Luxe-T the worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, and display their submitted photos and stories for marketing purposes (including on the Luxe-T website, social media, and newsletters) without further compensation.
