If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund, provided it is within 30 days of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. All orders over 30 days will be rejected for return/refund. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items which are not in saleable condition. You can expect to receive your refund within 10 days.
- Underwear and tank tops are not returnable for hygienic reasons.
- ‘Final Sale’ items are not returnable.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns must be in original condition with hang tags still attached and in original packaging.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to purchase a different size, please place a new order and return the unwanted item(s) for a refund following our Returns Policy. This will help us get the new item(s) to you quicker.
HOW TO RETURN
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation.
- Log in to your account by entering your Email, and click Continue.
- You'll receive an email with six-digit verification code to log into your account.
- Once you have successfully logged in, you'll be able to select the order and items that you want to submit for return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund within 10 days or however long your credit card or bank takes to process the refund.
**Any rejected items that are sent back to us will be returned to customer.
