Orders are processed in the order they are received. With that said, we’ll do our best to prepare them for carriers as quickly as possible. Holiday sales are usually our busiest time and please expect up to a week in delay as we process all orders in timely manner.
If you email us at email@example.com, we may be able to cancel your order for you if your order has not been shipped yet. But we can’t guarantee your order will be canceled.
Customers are held responsible for delivery problems caused by entering wrong address during checkout. For security reasons, once an order is placed, we cannot edit or change them. If your order is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, there will be another shipping fee to correct and ship to the right address. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered package due to an incorrect address provided by customers even with shipping protection.
If the carrier site’s tracking says your order was delivered but you still have not received it, try checking with your neighbors and looking outside your home to see if it’s hidden somewhere. If you can’t find it, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you purchased Shipping Protection, we would replace your order 1 time only. If you do not add Shipping Protection to your order, we will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged orders. You'll need to contact the carrier (UPS or USPS) you chose during checkout with your tracking number for further assistance. We will not honor Shipping Protection coverage if the delivery problem is due to customer entering in wrong shipping address during check out.
All shipping options are standard ground shipping and delivery estimate is shown at the checkout. This is only an estimated delivery time provided by the carriers in live time for when packages are picked up by the carriers. This does not include processing and packing time, and once the order is ready it will take additional few days for the carrier to deliver them. There are no expedited or guaranteed shipping options as all shipping options are standard delivery. Luxe-T orders are shipped Mon-Fri only in the order they are received. Weekend orders will ship the following week. Please expect delays during holiday sales or promotional sales due to large amounts of orders that must be processed.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to purchase a different size, please place a new order and return the unwanted item(s) for a refund following our Returns Policy. This will help us get the new item(s) to you quicker. To make a return request, please click here. Follow the steps in “How to Return.”
If you think you may have received a wrong item, email us at email@example.com within 30 days from the purchase date and we’ll follow up with you as soon as we can. Be sure to include the following info:
-Your order number
-Item(s) information that is/are wrong
-Photos of the wrong items received
If you are getting an error message when trying to submit your payment, there may be an error or a typo in your billing information. If the error message says about unverified payment details, then it is probably either the credit card number or your billing zip code that does not match.
We manufacture overseas and restock our core styles every spring and fall. But when our seasonal styles / sizes / colors sell out, they are gone for good.
For our basic styles, you can subscribe for an automatic restock notifications on the product page. When the item becomes available again, you'll get notified.

Our products are manufactured and sourced in highly experienced global factories in South Korea, Vietnam, and China. All of our products are premium quality in affordable prices.
We make our core basics with two different fits: Heavy Weight Classic and Medium Weight Fitted.
The Heavy Weight Classic T-Shirts are made of 7.2 oz.100% combed cotton with large and comfortable fit. (The Tall version is 2”longer).
The Fitted T-Shirts are made of 5.5 oz. 100% combed cotton with smaller fit and thinner fabric.

Sales & Promotions
Unfortunately, orders are unable to be edited after being placed.
At this time discounts or promo codes are only able to be applied during checkout, not retroactively. However, depending on the code you may be able to apply it towards your next purchase.
Follow the link from the email you received. Click the link in the email to view your gift card code, and then enter the code at checkout. You can use multiple E-gift cards during a single checkout, and any remaining amount will be saved for a future purchase.
Please check the I want to send this as a gift box on the eGift card product page. A personalized email that contains the custom message and a gift card code is sent to the recipient. You'll receive a notification that contains the gift card code, and confirm that the gift card was sent to the recipient.
Our E-gift cards are non-refundable. If you’d like to return a purchase made with a E-gift card, the funds will be credited back to your E-gift card. For return, email firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization.
The unused portion of your E-gift card automatically remains on the card and can be used for any future Luxe-T purchase. Luxe-T E-gift cards will never expire!
Currently, we only offer digital gift cards. But you have the options to print your gift card instead of emailing it to your recipient.
