All Luxe-T orders are shipped and delivered with our logistics partners, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and/or USPS (Postal Service). All shipping options are standard ground shipping and delivery estimate is shown at the checkout. This is only an estimated delivery time provided by the carriers in live time for when packages are picked up by the carriers. This does not include processing and packing time, and once the order is ready it will take additional few days for the carrier to deliver them. There are no expedited or guaranteed shipping options as all shipping options are standard delivery. Luxe-T orders are shipped Mon-Fri only in the order they are received. Weekend orders will ship the following week. Please expect delays during holiday sales or promotional sales due to large amounts of orders that must be processed.
Once you receive your tracking number, we are no longer responsible for the package. You can contact the carrier you chose and provide them tracking number for further assistance with your delivery. At checkout, we have an option for Shipping Protection which can be the best way to protect your order if it is lost, stolen, or damaged. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. If package is damaged, take a photo of the damage immediately following the delivery. If you purchased Shipping Protection, we will replace your order. If you do not add Shipping Protection to your order, we will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged orders. Please contact directly the carrier you chose during checkout with your tracking number for further assistance.
Customers are held responsible to input their correct shipping address. For security reasons, once an order is placed we can not edit or change them. If your order is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, there will be another shipping fee to ship to any corrected address. We are not responsible for the lost or misdelivered package to an incorrect address provided by customers.
Free shipping is currently available for all orders over $100 shipped within the contiguous United States. To get a free shipping, you must select the 'Free Shipping' option at your checkout. If you do not select the free shipping option at checkout we will not be able to refund the shipping fee afterwards.
Our international orders are currently shipped via USPS and FedEx International. Duties and Customs related fees are customer's responsibility.
USPS First Class Package International service is more affordable lightweight shipping (max.4 lbs.) but tracking and package insurance are not available which we are not guaranteed for replacing lost or damaged packages if you choose this option at checkout.
You have up to 30 days to return items purchased on our site.
- Underwear and tank tops are not returnable for hygienic reasons.
- ‘Last Call’ sales items are not returnable.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns must be in original condition with hang tags still attached and in original packaging.

All returns must be pre-approved, or warehouse will refuse the package and send it back to the sender. You must email email@example.com for return authorization. Be sure to include the below 3 information on the email to expedite the process.

If your return is approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label with instruction to return the item(s). All orders come with 1 complimentary return label. Any additional returns are customers' responsibility.
Luxe-T reserves the right to refuse any returns without return authorization or if it doesn’t comply with the return policy.
We do not offer exchanges but instead encourage returning and reordering different items separately as it will be the fastest for you. You'll get the right replacement items fastest if you simply place a second order and return the original. Once we receive your return, we'll issue a refund.
For defective or wrong order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures within 30 days from the purchase date and we’ll follow up with you as soon as we can. Defective items will not be considered for a refund after 30 days have passed.
RefundsAny refunds or credit adjustments made to your purchase will go back to the original form of payment you used to make the purchase on our website. Only regular priced items may be returned for refund. Final sale items like ‘Last Call’ cannot be returned or refunded. Depending on the bank or the credit card you have it could take up to 10 business days.
